Ya, syarikat telah melanggar keperluan Seksyen 19 (1), Akta 737, yang menetapkan seseorang pemegang lesen hendaklah mematuhi syarat-syarat yang dikenakan oleh Pihak Berkuasa berkaitan lesen establismen.

Syarat lesen No 1.7 menetapkan lesen establismen hendaklah dipamerkan di tempat yang mudah dilihat dan hendaklah dikemukakan sekiranya diminta oleh mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa. Pelanggaran kepada Seksyen 19(1) boleh disabitkan kesalahan dengan didenda tidak melebihi satu ratus ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya sekali.

Yes, the company has violated the requirements of Section 19 (1), Act 737, which stipulates that a license holder must comply with the conditions imposed by the Authority in relation to the establishment license.

License condition No. 1.7 stipulates that the establishment license must be displayed in an easily visible place and must be presented if requested by any authorized officer. Violation of Section 19(1) may be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both.
