[Account Management] How to create MeDC@St 2.0+ account

Go to medcast.mda.gov.my

1. Click `Sign up`

2. Fill all the required information include Business Registration Number, Establishment Name, Email and Password

3. Select Reason Create Account In Medcast. its either Establishment Licensing & Medical Device, CAB Application or Notification

4. Click Sign Up button

5. Check email to verify the account that has been created

6. Successfully registered the MeDC@St 2.0+ account
