Why my application status is still unpaid although payment has already made?

If you made the payment using corporate bank account (B2B), the transaction needs to be approved by the Finance Department of your company. Please confirm with your Finance Department whether the transaction has been approved or not.

If you made the payment using personal bank account (B2C) or if the transaction has been approved but the status remains unpaid, please liaise with our Finance Unit at xx to confirm if the payment has been received or not. In case if there is a system error, the ICT Team will rectify it.
