Why there is no `ReRegister` button to make renewal / re-registration of my almost expired medical device?

The `ReRegister` button will appear 1 year prior to device expiry.

If it's already in the time range to make re-registration but the button is still not there, click on `Application History` button to make sure that there is no on-going application in `DRAFT`. If the draft exists, delete the draft, and the `ReRegister` button should appear.
