Peranti perubatan yang tidak berdaftar tidak boleh diletakkan dalam pasaran.

(i)Sekiranya ingin meletakkan dalam pasaran, peranti perubatan tersebut hendaklah didaftarkan dengan MDA.

(ii)Sekiranya tidak ingin meletakkan dalam pasaran, peranti perubatan tersebut hendaklah dipulangkan kepada pembekal/pengilang atau dilupuskan.

Unregistered medical devices are not allowed to be placed on the market.

(i) If you want to place the medical device on the market, you must registered them with the MDA.

(ii) If you don't want to place the medical device on the market, you should returned them to the supplier/manufacturer or make a disposal.
