Apakah proses untuk memohon Pengkelasan Produk? | What is the process to apply for Product Classification?

Permohonan pengkelasan produk adalah secara manual dan perlu melayari portal pengkelasan produk (https://portal.mda.gov.my/index.php/industry/classification/product-classification)

i. Permohon perlu mengisi borang yang disediakan beserta dokumen sokongan yang berkaitan

ii. Borang dan dokumen sokongan perlu dihantar ke emel Unit Pengkelasan Produk & Kajian Klinikal di classification@mda.gov.my

iii. Proses permohonan ini adalah selama 30 hari bekerja (tidak termasuk Sabtu, Ahad & Cuti Umum)

iv. Proses fi bagi permohonan ini adalah sebanyak RM300 bagi setiap borang permohonan

v. Pengakhiran proses ini akan diberikan satu surat pengkelasan produk yang rasmi dan akan dihantar melalui emel

Product classification applications are manual and must be accessed through the product classification portal (https://portal.mda.gov.my/index.php/industry/classification/product-classification)

i. Applicants must fill in the form provided along with relevant supporting documents

i. Forms and supporting documents must be sent to the Product Classification & Clinical Studies Unit email at classification@mda.gov.my

iii. This application process is for 30 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)

iv. The processing fee for this application is as much as RM300 for each application form

v. At the end of this process an official product classification letter will be given and will be sent by email
