Pemohonan CFS bagi peranti perubatan yang sama tetapi berlainan jenama yang telah didaftarkan dengan MDA adalah dibenarkan. Walaubagaimanapun, pemohon perlu menyediakan dan mengemukakan surat pengisytiharan untuk menyatakan peranti perubatan tersebut adalah peranti perubatan yang sama.

Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) application for the same but different brand of the registered medical device with MDA is allowed. However, the applicant shall prepare and submit a declaration letter to state that the medical device is the same medical device.
