Permohonan CFS/ MC/ EC boleh dimohon oleh syarikat industri peranti perubatan tempatan yang ingin mengeksport peranti perubatan ke luar negara seperti pembuat, pengeksport yang diberi kuasa dan pengilang kontrak dan perlu mematuhi keperluan yang telah ditetapkan oleh MDA.

Certificate of Free Sale/ Manufacturing Certificate/ Export Certificate (CFS/ MC/ EC) applications can be applied by local medical device industry companies that want to export medical devices abroad such as manufacturers, authorized exporters and contract manufacturers and shall meet the requirements set by the MDA.
