Establismen perlu mengisi closure report dan memuatnaik dokumen-dokumen sokongan seperti Acknowledgement Receipt by affected users dan jika terdapat sebarang tindakan pembetulan di lapangan, establismen perlu memuatnaik sebarang work sheet, PPM sheet atau sijil pelupusan.

The establishment needs to fill in a closure report and upload supporting documents such as the Acknowledgement Receipt by affected users. If there are any corrective actions in the field, the establishment needs to upload any work sheets, PPM sheets, or disposal certificates
