Apakah jenis-jenis lesen establismen yang tersedia dan berapakah fi? | What types of establishment licenses are available and what are their fees?

Terdapat empat jenis:

  • Pengilang (RM4,000),
  • Perwakilan yang sah (RM4,000)
  • Pengimport (RM2,000)
  • Pengedar (RM2,000). Yuran pembaharuan adalah separuh daripada jumlah ini.

Contoh: Syarikat yang memohon kedua-dua lesen pengilang dan pengimport akan membayar RM4,000 + RM2,000 = RM6,000 dalam yuran pelesenan.

Fi permohonan untuk lesen establismen baharu ialah 250 ringgit setiap permohonan, dan untuk pembaharuan lesen establismen, ia adalah 200 ringgit.

There are four types:

  • Manufacturer (RM4,000),
  • Authorized Representative (RM4,000)
  • Importer (RM2,000)
  • Distributor (RM2,000). Renewal fees are half these amounts.

Example: A company applying for both manufacturer and importer licenses would pay RM4,000 + RM2,000 = RM6,000 in licensing fees.

The application fee for new license establishment is 250 ringgit per application, and for renewal of establishment license, it is 200 ringgit.
