Establismen tersebut perlu menghantar permohonan ”Amendment Major” dalam sistem Medcast 2.0 bersama dengan dokumen pengenalan dan bukti jawatan (seperti Borang 49 atau surat pelantikan) untuk orang yang bertanggungjawab yang baharu.

Contoh: Jika pengedar ingin menggantikan CEO semasa mereka dengan COO (Chief Operating /officer) baharu, mereka mesti melengkapkan permohonan ”Amenment Major” di sistem Medcast 2.0 di bawah modul lesen establismen.

The establishment needs to submit a Major amendment application in the Medcast 2.0 system along with identification documents and proof of position (such as Form 49 or a letter of appointment) for the new person responsible.

Example: If a distributor wants to replace their current CEO with a new COO, they must complete the amendment major application on the Medcast 2.0 system under the establishment license module.
