Sesebuah establismen perlu memohon pembaharuan sekurang-kurangnya 90 hari sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh lesen semasa.

Contoh: Jika lesen pengedar tamat tempoh pada 31 Disember 2024, mereka perlu menghantar permohonan pembaharuan tidak lewat dari 2 Oktober 2024.

An establishment should apply for renewal at least 90 days before the expiry date of the current license.

Example: If a distributor's license expires on December 31, 2024, they should submit their renewal application no later than October 2, 2024.
